fragrance. It leaves a rich, natural sheen that restores life and color to interior and exterior surfaces including tires, vinyl, rubber and leather.
Soothing Ice protects surfaces from harmful UV rays that can cause premature aging, cracking, peeling or fading 
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Clean surfaces with an interior or external cleaner prior to application. Can be diluted up to 50/50 with water and apply directly to the surface using an applicator pad. 
Remove excess product as needed and allow to dry on surface. For a higher shine, use product at full strength.
